How to contact us

Email your device model, OS and game version, the affected screen and steps to reproduce the problem. Hide personal information in screenshots. Send support requests by email rather than public GitHub issues. In the game you can write to us from Settings → Support.

Finding the app version

The app version is in the game's Settings → App info. If the game does not open, tell us the number at the bottom right of the loading screen or the version shown in the store.

Saves and sign-in

Include your sign-in method and player code only if you know them. A missing player code does not prevent contacting us. Do not uninstall or clear app data before checking a save problem.

Purchases and restoration

Tell us the store, product name, approximate purchase time and problem. Do not send a full receipt or payment-card details in your initial request. This contact also accepts issues concerning purchases in earlier versions. You may request refunds through the relevant store's official process.

Refunds

Purchases are refunded under the store's refund policy (Google Play's refund request or Apple's “Report a Problem”). You can also email us the store, product and approximate purchase time. In Korea, unused paid gems can be withdrawn (refunded) within 7 days of purchase; products partly used and bonuses received with them (such as the extra gems of a first purchase) may be excluded. Gems and benefits received with a refunded product are taken back. Free gems and rewards are not refundable.

Purchases by minors

If a minor made a purchase without a parent's or guardian's consent, the minor or the guardian may be able to cancel it under applicable law. Email us the store, approximate purchase time and amount, and we will explain how to confirm the guardian. Do not send passwords or payment-card numbers.

Information not to send

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, session tokens, private keys, identity documents or payment-card numbers.
