Purchase issues

For non-consumable characters or premium content, first try Restore Purchases in the game store. If payment completed without delivery, include the product name, approximate purchase time, store, and transaction status. Never send full card details, account passwords, or a complete receipt. Refunds are handled by your app store.

Progress and deletion

Progress is stored on your current device. Record the problem before removing the app. Clearing app data or deleting the game may erase local progress, which the developer may be unable to recover remotely.
