Privacy Policy

PUNGPUNGSTUDI (“we”) explains here how the mobile game Love for Bad Man (com.pungpungstudi.loveforbadman, the “game”) handles personal information.

Summary: There is no account or login, and we do not run a game server. Your progress is stored only on your device. The game uses Google Firebase (usage analytics, crash reports, remote settings) and Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded), which send information to Google servers in the United States and elsewhere. The Apple App Store processes purchases. Support email is received through the support-mail service RevBell and stored on Cloudflare servers. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information we process and why

The game does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or address, and does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location (GPS) permission.

Stored only on your device

Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

Remote settings (Firebase Remote Config)

Advertising (Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform)

In-app purchases (Apple App Store)

Support email (optional)

2. Ads and privacy choices

The game shows banner and interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Every ad request is tagged for under-age-of-consent treatment with a Teen (T) content cap. With this setting, personalized ads, remarketing, and requests to third-party ad vendors are turned off and the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not sent. The game does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Where required, Google UMP shows privacy choices, which you can reopen from Settings › Ad privacy settings in the game.

3. Retention and deletion

Information whose retention period has ended or whose deletion you requested is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and we do not print personal information on paper. Information kept under law is used only for that purpose.

4. Service providers and international transfers

The following companies process information to operate the game. Their servers are outside Korea, so information is transferred abroad over the network (HTTPS) while you use the app (support email: when you send it). We do not provide personal information to any other third party.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, stop using the game and delete the app; no further information is sent, but you will not be able to play. Ad privacy choices can be changed in Settings. Support email is not transferred unless you send one, and not sending email does not limit the game.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your information. Data on your device is deleted when you delete the app. Send other requests to the contact below. Because the game has no accounts, we may be unable to link information sent to Google to a particular person; if so, we will explain why. We handle requests without delay and tell you the result.

6. Children

All characters are adults, and the game asks players to confirm they are 15 or older when it starts. The game is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian may ask us to delete a child’s information using the contact below.

7. Security

We do not operate our own server and keep game progress only on your device. Communication with outside services is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to the Firebase, AdMob, and support-mail consoles is limited to the developer.
