Terms of Service

Notice of changes: These terms take effect on October 29, 2026. Until then, the previous version applies. What changed: information on withdrawal (refunds) in Korea and on cancelling purchases made by minors was added (section 3), how we announce changes to these terms is now stated (section 6), the contact is now our support email, and the developer name is written as PUNGPUNGSTUDI. No change reduces your rights.

These terms apply to Love for Bad Man, provided by PUNGPUNGSTUDI (“we”). Installing or using the game also subjects you to the terms of the app store you use.

1. Service and content

The game is a fictional choice-driven thriller featuring adult characters and themes of obsession, surveillance, and control. It does not endorse harmful real-world conduct. The game and its assets are licensed only for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Virtual items and ads

Hearts and unlock rights only function inside the game, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Rewarded-ad benefits are granted only after successful completion. Ad availability may vary.

3. In-app products, withdrawal, and refunds

• The game may sell consumable Hearts and non-consumable characters, premium content, and ad removal. It does not offer subscriptions. Prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the app store; the Apple App Store processes payments, taxes, and refunds under its policies. Consumable products may not be restorable.
• Players in Korea may withdraw from (request a refund of) an unused product within 7 days of purchase. Withdrawal may be limited in cases set by law, such as Hearts already spent or digital content you have started to use, and only where this limit was shown before purchase. Other withdrawal rights guaranteed by law are not limited.
• For players outside Korea, the Apple App Store refund policy applies.
• If a minor made a purchase without a legal guardian’s consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel it, subject to the exceptions set by law (such as spending the guardian allowed).
• If a paid product was not delivered, do not buy it again; first try Restore, then contact us. How to request is explained on the Support page.

4. Saves and acceptable use

Progress is stored locally and may be lost after deletion, device replacement, or storage reset. You may not modify the game, bypass payment, manipulate ad rewards, redistribute assets, automate abusive activity, or interfere with the service.

5. Changes and liability

To the extent permitted by law, features may change for operational, security, or legal reasons. Network, store, and third-party advertising services may be unavailable. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

6. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the effective date, the changes, and the reason on this page at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to players) and keep the previous version.
