Effective July 18, 2026. The service supports guest use, optional Apple or Google account connection, AI text and voice conversations, and optional subscriptions and consumable packs purchased through the App Store or Google Play. It has no advertising SDK.

Midnight Letter is an AI character conversation service for adults aged 18 or older, centered on emotionally supportive companions, reflection, romance, fantasy, and fictional stories.
Characters are not human, licensed counselors, or medical, legal, or financial professionals. Replies can be inaccurate or unexpected, and safety guidance takes priority over role-play in a crisis.
