앱에서 직접 삭제
앱의 설정 → 계정 및 개인정보 → 계정 삭제를 선택하고 확인하면 삭제가 시작됩니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 아래 이메일로 연결한 계정 이메일, 사용자 ID, 기기 종류와 마지막 이용 시각 등 확인 가능한 최소 정보를 보내 주세요. 활성 구독은 계정 삭제와 별도로 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독 설정에서 취소해야 합니다.
삭제되는 정보
게스트 또는 연결 계정, 로그인 연결 정보, 프로필, 메시지와 AI 답변, 기억 후보·승인 기억, 관계·진행 상태, 음성 전사문과 사용량 기록, 사용량 원장 및 해당 계정에 연결된 신고 정보가 삭제됩니다. 법정 보존이 필요한 결제·환불 기록은 사용자 콘텐츠와 분리해 필요한 기간만 보관할 수 있습니다.
처리 기간과 제한적 예외
앱 요청은 즉시 처리 절차를 시작하며 운영 데이터베이스에서는 통상 즉시, 늦어도 확인 완료 후 7일 이내 삭제합니다. 순환 백업 사본은 최대 35일 안에 덮어씁니다. 법적 의무, 보안 사고 또는 분쟁 증거로 반드시 필요한 최소 기록은 접근을 제한해 별도 보관한 뒤 목적이 끝나면 삭제합니다.

Delete directly in the app
Select Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email us with the minimum information available to verify the request, such as a connected account email, user ID, device type, and approximate last-use time. Cancel any active subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Data that is deleted
We delete the guest or connected account, sign-in links, profile, messages and AI replies, candidate and approved memories, relationship and progress state, voice transcripts and usage records, usage ledger, and reports linked to the account. Payment and refund records required by law may be retained separately from user content only for the required period.
Timing and limited exceptions
An in-app request starts immediately. Operational data is normally removed immediately and no later than 7 days after verification. Rotating backup copies are overwritten within up to 35 days. Minimum records strictly required for a legal duty, security incident, or dispute may be isolated with restricted access and deleted when no longer needed.

設定 → アカウントとプライバシー → アカウントを削除を選択して確認してください。アプリにアクセスできない場合は、連携アカウントのメール、ユーザーID、端末種類、最終利用時刻など、確認可能な最小限の情報をメールでお送りください。有効な購読は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの購読設定で別途解約してください。
削除される情報
ゲストまたは連携アカウント、ログイン連携情報、プロフィール、メッセージとAI回答、候補・承認済みメモリー、関係・進行状態、音声文字起こしと利用記録、利用量台帳、アカウントに紐づく通報情報を削除します。法令上必要な決済・返金記録は、利用者コンテンツと分離し必要期間のみ保存する場合があります。
処理期間と限定的な例外
アプリ内の依頼は直ちに処理を開始します。運用データは通常即時、本人確認後遅くとも7日以内に削除します。循環バックアップは最大35日以内に上書きされます。法的義務、セキュリティ事故、紛争に厳密に必要な最小限の記録はアクセス制限の上で分離保存し、不要になり次第削除します。
