이 약관은 Chorelay 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의하는 것입니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 가정 공유 기능을 사용하지 않거나 앱 사용을 중단해주세요.
서비스
Chorelay는 기기에 저장되는 생활 기록, 공유 집안일과 부탁, 장보기 목록, 반복 일정, 알림과 선택적인 가정 동기화를 제공합니다. 로컬 핵심 기능은 계정 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 클라우드 공유에는 사용 가능한 Google 또는 Apple 계정과 네트워크 연결이 필요합니다.
무료 플랜과 Chorelay Plus
무료 플랜은 구성원 1명과 등록된 생활 항목 5개까지 지원합니다. Chorelay Plus는 항목과 가정 구성원 제한을 해제하고 가정 공유와 클라우드 동기화를 제공합니다. 한 가정 구성원이 활성 Plus 이용 권한을 보유하면 같은 가정의 다른 구성원에게도 적용될 수 있습니다.
Plus는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 제공되는 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 가격, 결제 기간 및 체험·프로모션 제공 여부는 구매 전 해당 스토어에 표시됩니다. 결제 확인 후 스토어 계정으로 청구됩니다. 스토어가 정한 갱신 기한 전에 해지하지 않으면 선택한 기간으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 스토어 계정에서 갱신을 관리·해지할 수 있으며 앱에서 적격 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다. 환불은 해당 스토어의 규정에 따라 처리됩니다.
Plus가 만료되어도 기존 기록은 삭제되지 않습니다. 무료 허용 범위에서는 계속 사용할 수 있지만 여섯 번째 항목 추가, 공유 가정 생성 또는 기타 Plus 용량 사용에는 갱신이 필요할 수 있습니다. 법률상 필요한 경우 사전 안내 후 향후 플랜 한도나 기능을 조정할 수 있으며 기존 기록을 소급하여 삭제하지 않습니다.
이용자의 책임
- 앱을 합법적으로 사용하고 신뢰하는 사람에게만 가정 접근 권한을 공유해야 합니다.
- 가정 초대 코드와 기기 접근을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
- 다른 사람을 괴롭히거나 위협·사칭·착취하거나 불법적으로 감시하는 데 Chorelay를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스나 다른 가정의 이용을 방해·과부하시키거나, 금지된 역설계를 하거나, 승인되지 않은 접근을 시도해서는 안 됩니다.
- 입력하는 콘텐츠가 다른 사람의 권리나 관련 법률을 침해하지 않도록 해야 합니다.
가정 콘텐츠
이용자는 입력한 콘텐츠에 대한 책임을 유지합니다. 이용자는 PungPung Studio가 Chorelay 운영을 위해서만 공유 가정 콘텐츠를 저장, 동기화, 표시 및 삭제하는 데 필요한 제한적인 권한을 부여합니다. 같은 가정의 다른 구성원은 공유 콘텐츠를 보고 조작할 수 있습니다.
알림
알림과 리마인더는 편의 기능이며 기기 설정, 배터리 최적화, 네트워크 상태, 플랫폼 동작 또는 서비스 중단으로 지연되거나 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 긴급 상황, 안전에 중요한 업무, 치료 또는 법적으로 필요한 통지에 Chorelay를 의존하지 마세요.
계정 및 이용 종료
언제든 Chorelay 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내를 통해 계정과 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이용자 보호, 악용 조사, 법률 준수 또는 서비스 보안을 위해 합리적으로 필요한 경우 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다.
서비스 제공 및 변경
기능을 개선, 변경, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 동기화의 중단 없는 제공이나 특정 기능의 영구적인 제공을 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 기록은 이용자가 별도로 보관할 책임이 있습니다.
지식재산권
Chorelay의 소프트웨어, 시각 디자인, 픽셀아트, 브랜드와 문서는 PungPung Studio 또는 라이선스 제공자가 소유합니다. 이 약관은 법률이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 복사 또는 재배포할 권한을 부여하지 않습니다.
면책 및 책임 제한
법률이 허용하는 범위에서 Chorelay는 ‘있는 그대로’ 및 ‘이용 가능한 상태로’ 제공됩니다. PungPung Studio는 앱 사용, 알림 실패, 가정 내 분쟁, 로컬 데이터 손실 또는 제3자 플랫폼 장애로 인한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 법률상 배제할 수 없는 권리나 책임을 제한하지 않습니다.
준거법
거주 지역에서 적용되는 강행적 소비자 보호를 제한하지 않는 범위에서 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다.
변경 및 문의

These Terms govern your use of Chorelay. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use household sharing or discontinue use of the app.
The Service
Chorelay provides local household records, shared chores and requests, shopping lists, routines, reminders, and optional household synchronization. Core local features may be used without an account. Cloud sharing requires an eligible Google or Apple account and network access.
Free Plan and Chorelay Plus
The free plan supports one person and up to five registered household items. Chorelay Plus removes item and household-member limits and enables household sharing and cloud synchronization. When one member of a household has an active Plus entitlement, that entitlement may cover the other members of the same household.
Plus is an automatically renewing subscription offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer are shown by the applicable store before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account after confirmation. Unless cancelled before the store's renewal deadline, the subscription renews for the selected period. You can manage or cancel renewal through your store account and restore an eligible purchase in the app. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's rules.
If Plus expires, existing records are not deleted. You may continue using the free allowance, but adding a sixth item, creating a shared household, or using other Plus capacity may require renewal. We may adjust future plan limits or features after providing notice where required, without retroactively deleting your existing records.
Your Responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and only share household access with people you trust.
- Keep household invite codes and device access secure.
- Do not use Chorelay to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another household.
- Ensure that content you enter does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Household Content
You retain responsibility for content you enter. You grant PungPung Studio the limited permission necessary to store, synchronize, display, and delete shared household content solely to operate Chorelay. Other members of the same household can view and act on shared content.
Notifications
Reminders and notifications are convenience features and may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings, battery optimization, network conditions, platform behavior, or service interruptions. Do not rely on Chorelay for emergencies, safety-critical duties, medical treatment, or legally required notices.
Accounts and Termination
You may stop using Chorelay at any time. You may request account and associated data deletion through the Account and Data Deletion page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or secure the service.
Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization or permanent availability of any feature. You are responsible for maintaining any records that are important to you.
Intellectual Property
Chorelay's software, visual design, pixel artwork, branding, and documentation are owned by PungPung Studio or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chorelay is provided “as is” and “as available.” PungPung Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, failed reminders, household disputes, lost local data, or third-party platform outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

本規約はChorelayの利用に適用されます。アプリを利用することで、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は家の共有機能を利用せず、アプリの利用を中止してください。
サービス
Chorelayは、端末に保存される生活記録、共有する家事とお願い、買い物リスト、繰り返し予定、通知、任意の家の同期を提供します。主要なローカル機能はアカウントなしで利用できます。クラウド共有には、利用可能なGoogleまたはAppleアカウントとネットワーク接続が必要です。
無料プランとChorelay Plus
無料プランは1人と登録済み生活項目5件まで対応します。Chorelay Plusは項目数と家のメンバー数の制限を解除し、家の共有とクラウド同期を提供します。同じ家の1人が有効なPlus利用権限を持つ場合、その権限が同じ家の他のメンバーにも適用されることがあります。
PlusはApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playで提供される自動更新サブスクリプションです。価格、請求期間、無料体験・紹介特典の有無は購入前に各ストアで表示されます。購入確認後、ストアアカウントに請求されます。ストアが定める更新期限までに解約しない限り、選択した期間で自動更新されます。ストアアカウントで更新を管理・解約でき、アプリ内で対象の購入を復元できます。返金は各ストアの規則に従って処理されます。
Plusの有効期限が切れても既存の記録は削除されません。無料枠内では引き続き利用できますが、6件目の項目追加、共有する家の作成、その他のPlus容量の利用には更新が必要な場合があります。法令上必要な場合は事前に通知し、将来のプラン上限や機能を変更することがありますが、既存の記録を遡って削除することはありません。
利用者の責任
- アプリを適法に利用し、信頼できる人にのみ家へのアクセスを共有してください。
- 家の招待コードと端末へのアクセスを安全に管理してください。
- 他者への嫌がらせ、脅迫、なりすまし、搾取、違法な監視のためにChorelayを利用してはいけません。
- サービスや他の家を妨害・過負荷にしたり、禁止されているリバースエンジニアリングを行ったり、不正アクセスを試みたりしてはいけません。
- 入力するコンテンツが他者の権利や適用法令を侵害しないようにしてください。
家のコンテンツ
入力したコンテンツに対する責任は利用者にあります。利用者は、Chorelayの運営に必要な範囲に限り、PungPung Studioが共有する家のコンテンツを保存、同期、表示、削除するための限定的な許可を与えます。同じ家の他のメンバーは共有コンテンツを閲覧し、操作できます。
通知
リマインダーと通知は便宜上の機能であり、端末設定、バッテリー最適化、ネットワーク状況、プラットフォームの動作、サービス停止により遅延または利用できない場合があります。緊急事態、安全上重要な作業、医療、法的に必要な通知にChorelayを使用しないでください。
アカウントと利用終了
利用者はいつでもChorelayの利用を停止できます。アカウントとデータの削除ページから、アカウントと関連データの削除を依頼できます。利用者保護、不正利用の調査、法令遵守、サービスの安全確保に合理的に必要な場合、アクセスを制限することがあります。
提供状況と変更
機能を改善、変更、一時停止、終了する場合があります。中断のない同期や特定機能の恒久的な提供を保証しません。重要な記録は利用者自身で保管してください。
知的財産権
Chorelayのソフトウェア、ビジュアルデザイン、ピクセルアート、ブランド、文書は、PungPung Studioまたはライセンサーに帰属します。本規約は、法令で認められる場合を除き、複製または再配布する権限を付与しません。
免責および責任の制限
法令で認められる範囲で、Chorelayは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な状態」で提供されます。PungPung Studioは、アプリの利用、通知の失敗、家庭内の争い、ローカルデータの消失、第三者プラットフォームの障害によって生じる間接的、付随的、特別、結果的損害について責任を負いません。本条は、法令上排除できない権利または責任を制限するものではありません。
準拠法
居住地域で適用される強行的な消費者保護を制限しない範囲で、大韓民国の法令を準拠法とします。
