pungpungstudi ("Developer," "we," or "us") provides the mobile game Sync Bloom (com.pungpung.syncBloom, the "Game"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game.
Summary: The Game has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or Developer-operated server. Gameplay data is stored locally on your device. Apple processes App Store purchases.
1. Information you provide
The Game does not ask you to create an account or enter your name, email address, password, precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, or payment-card details.
2. Data stored on your device
The Game stores stage progress, flower ratings, move counts, selected garden and stone cosmetics, item and gold balances, language and accessibility settings, tutorial status, and identifiers for completed store transactions. This data is used to restore gameplay, preferences, purchases, and to prevent duplicate delivery. It is not uploaded to a Developer-operated server. Your operating-system backup may copy app data according to your Apple or Google backup settings.
3. Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card information. Apple may process store account, payment, device, transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, and diagnostic information under Apple's policies. The Game receives product and transaction status needed to deliver purchased consumable gold and stores fulfillment identifiers locally.
4. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The current Game does not include advertising, third-party analytics, social login, or cross-app tracking. It does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it. Because the Game has no account or Developer cloud save, we cannot remotely view, recover, or delete your local data. Consumable purchase records held by Apple are retained and managed under Apple's policies and legal obligations.
6. Public policy and support pages
If you open our public policy or support pages, GitHub Pages may process IP address, browser, device, and access-log information under GitHub's privacy statement. The Game does not send your gameplay save to GitHub.
7. Children and security
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Local data is protected by the security controls of your device. Store communications use the security provided by Apple and the operating system.

3. 결제
선택형 구매는 Apple App Store가 처리하며 개발자는 전체 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. Apple은 자체 정책에 따라 스토어 계정, 결제, 기기, 거래, 부정행위 방지, 세금 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 게임은 소비성 골드를 지급하는 데 필요한 상품·거래 상태를 전달받고 지급 식별자를 기기에 저장합니다.
4. 광고·분석·추적
현재 게임에는 광고, 제3자 분석, 소셜 로그인 또는 앱 간 추적이 없으며 앱 추적 투명성 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
5. 보관과 삭제
로컬 정보는 앱 저장공간을 삭제하거나 게임을 제거할 때까지 남습니다. 계정과 개발자 클라우드가 없어 개발자는 로컬 정보를 원격으로 조회·복구·삭제할 수 없습니다. Apple이 보관하는 소비성 구매 기록에는 Apple 정책과 법적 의무가 적용됩니다.
6. 공개 정책·지원 페이지
공개 페이지를 열면 GitHub Pages가 IP 주소, 브라우저, 기기와 접속 로그를 GitHub 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다. 게임 진행 저장은 GitHub로 전송되지 않습니다.
