Service

FindBack helps users save links, add notes, search saved items, and open saved pages again later. FindBack may be provided through iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and a Share Extension. Native bookmark sync is designed to use the user's private iCloud database.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the links, notes, and other content you save. You may not use FindBack to store, distribute, or promote unlawful content, malicious URLs, phishing pages, content that infringes another person's rights, or content that disrupts the service.

Accounts and iCloud

The current native app does not require a separate FindBack account for bookmark sync. You are responsible for your Apple ID, iCloud settings, device security, and the content you save. If you use a previous account-based build, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Saved Links and Metadata

FindBack may generate titles, domains, categories, tags, and other metadata to make saved links easier to recognize and search. Metadata may be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate depending on the original website and network conditions.

Third-Party Websites

Saved links may open third-party websites or apps. FindBack does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or data practices.

Changes and Availability

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of FindBack for maintenance, security, cost management, platform requirements, legal reasons, or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of any link.

Disclaimer

FindBack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every saved link will remain available, that metadata will always be correct, or that search results will always be complete.

Account and Data Deletion

You may delete saved items in the app. If you used a previous account-based build, you may request account deletion. See the Account Deletion page for more information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when FindBack changes, when legal requirements change, or when platform requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page.
