These Terms of Service apply to Labmaster, a mobile idle network-building game developed by pungpungstudi. By installing or playing Labmaster, you agree to these terms.

1. The Game

Labmaster is an entertainment game about building a computer-lab node network. In-game credits, research, gems, protocol cores, boosts, nodes, upgrades, packs, and similar items are virtual game content only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the game.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Labmaster for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable app store rules.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game
• reverse engineer, modify, or create unauthorized derivative versions of the game
• use cheats, automation, exploits, modified clients, or tools that interfere with gameplay or purchases
• interfere with ads, billing, entitlement checks, privacy choices, or platform services
• use the game for unlawful, harmful, or commercial purposes without permission

3. In-App Purchases

Labmaster may offer in-app purchases such as gem packs, starter packs, remove-ads entitlement, and optional boosts.

Digital purchases must be made through the official platform billing system: Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit In-App Purchase on iOS. We do not support external payment links or direct payment outside the app for digital game content.

Consumable purchases, such as gem packs, are granted after the store reports a successful purchase. Non-consumable entitlements, such as Remove Ads or Starter Lab Pack, should be restorable where the platform supports restoration.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the app store where you purchased the item. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Google Play or Apple. If a refund is approved, related in-game content or entitlements may be removed where technically supported and allowed by platform rules.

5. Ads and Optional Rewards

Labmaster may include optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads at natural breaks. Rewarded ads are optional accelerators and should not be required to clear core gameplay. Remove Ads, if purchased and enabled, removes interstitial ad breaks but rewarded choices may remain available by player choice.

6. Save Data

Current progress is stored locally on the device. Deleting the app, clearing app data, changing devices, or using platform reset tools may delete progress unless a future cloud-save feature is added.

7. Updates and Balance Changes

We may update gameplay, economy balance, node data, shop offers, ads, purchases, or policies. Updates may change the value, cost, unlock timing, or behavior of virtual content.

8. Disclaimers

The game is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, specific device compatibility, or permanent availability of optional services.
