Summary

Crush Factory does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.

The game stores gameplay progress on your device, such as stage progress, currency balances, upgrades, purchased entitlements, settings, and offline reward timing. If ads or in-app purchases are enabled in a release build, platform providers and advertising SDKs may process additional data as described below.

Information We Handle

Gameplay and Save Data

The game stores local gameplay data, including:

This data is used to run the game and restore your progress on the same device. The current prototype does not use a player account or cloud save.

Advertising Data

Crush Factory may show optional rewarded ads and, in future release builds, limited interstitial ads at natural breaks. The game uses Google AdMob and may use Google User Messaging Platform for privacy and consent messages. If mediation partners are enabled for a release build, configured partners may also receive ad request data.

Advertising SDKs may collect or share data such as:

This data may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, frequency capping, and measuring ad performance.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit on iOS. Crush Factory does not receive or store your payment card details.

The app may receive purchase-related information needed to grant in-game items, such as product ID, purchase status, receipt or purchase token, and entitlement state.

Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required, Crush Factory may show consent or privacy choice messages for personalized ads, regional privacy rules, or Apple App Tracking Transparency. You can decline tracking or personalized ads where the platform provides that choice. Gameplay and rewarded-ad alternatives must not require you to accept tracking.

How We Use Information

Sharing

We do not sell your local gameplay save data. Information may be processed by Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, Apple StoreKit and App Store services, configured ad mediation partners only if included in the release build, and service providers needed for hosting these public policy pages.

Each third-party provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Children

Crush Factory is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for the Google Play Families program or Apple Kids Category unless a future release is rebuilt for child-directed treatment. If you are under the age required by your country or region, use the game only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Your Choices

Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset save data or uninstall the app. Purchase records and receipts may be retained by Google, Apple, or the app as needed to grant purchases, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements. Advertising SDK data is retained by the applicable advertising providers under their own policies.

Security

We use platform-provided services for billing and advertising. Data sent by major platform SDKs is generally protected in transit by those providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Third-party providers such as Google and Apple may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and contractual safeguards.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, SDKs, ads, purchases, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this public policy URL with a new effective date.
