Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and other matters necessary for using Romance Puzzle: Number Link ("App"), provided by PungPung Studio ("Operator").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: All features provided by the App, including the number link puzzle game, gallery, shop, and coin system
- Member: A user who has registered and uses the Service
- Coins: In-app virtual currency. Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
- Content: Photos and videos provided within the App
- Unlock: The act of acquiring viewing rights to Content through Coins or in-app purchases
Article 3 (Amendments)
- These Terms apply to all Members who wish to use the Service.
- The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary and will notify Members via in-app notices or this page.
- If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Service and delete their account.
Article 4 (Services Provided)
- Number link puzzle game (6×6, 8×8, 10×10 difficulty)
- Adult photo and video gallery
- Content unlock via coins
- Coin package in-app purchases
- Rewards via ad viewing
- Daily attendance reward system
- Remove-ads subscription
- Other services as determined by the Operator
Article 5 (Membership)
- Using the Service requires registration via a Google or Apple account.
- Membership is available only to persons 18 years of age or older.
- By registering, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Accounts found to belong to minors may be deleted immediately.
Article 6 (Coins and In-App Purchases)
- Coins are virtual currency usable only within the App and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Spent coins (used to unlock content, purchase photo-save rights, etc.) cannot be refunded.
- Coin balances are forfeited upon account deletion and will not be refunded.
- Receipts, cancellations, and refunds for payments are processed in accordance with each store's policy (Google Play, Apple App Store).
Article 6-2 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)
- Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, users may request a withdrawal within 7 days from the purchase date.
- However, once digital content has been consumed — e.g., coins have been used to unlock content or exercise photo-save rights — the right of withdrawal is restricted under Article 17(2)(5) of the same Act. Unused coins remain refundable.
- Refund requests may be submitted via the App or to pung0805@gmail.com; we coordinate with the payment provider or store to process them.
- When a direct refund from the store is necessary, you may request it via the Google Play refund page or the Apple refund page.
- Full refunds are provided when a service defect (e.g., content not delivered after payment) is confirmed.
Article 6-3 (Protection of Minors' Payments)
- If a minor under 19 made a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or guardian may request cancellation.
- Supporting documentation (e.g., proof of family relationship) must be provided; once verified, the payment will be refunded.
- Since the App is restricted to users 18 and older, any confirmed minor payment will result in both a refund and account deletion.
Article 7 (Content Use)
- Unlocked content may be used solely for personal viewing by the Member.
- Unauthorized capture, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of content is prohibited.
- Copyright to all content belongs to the Operator or original rights holder.
- Unlocked content is forfeited upon account deletion and is not subject to refund.
Article 8 (Member Obligations)
Members must not:
- Steal or use another person's information
- Interfere with or hack App operations
- Exploit the coin system or gain benefits through unauthorized means
- Capture or distribute content without authorization
- Assist minors in accessing adult content
- Engage in any act that violates laws or these Terms
Article 9 (Service Restrictions)
The Operator may restrict or terminate access if a Member:
- Violates these Terms
- Is found to be a minor
- Intentionally disrupts service operations
- Uses the service for illegal purposes
Article 10 (Account Deletion)
- Members may request account deletion at any time via in-app settings.
- Upon deletion, all app data (coins, unlock list, records, etc.) is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Remaining coins are not refunded upon deletion.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
- The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, server failures, etc.).
- The Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by a Member's own fault.
- The Operator does not intervene in or bear responsibility for disputes between Members or between a Member and a third party.
Article 12 (Intellectual Property)
- All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the App and its content (photos, videos, logos, design, UI, text) belong to the Operator or the original rights holders.
- Members are granted a personal, non-transferable, limited right to use the Service only.
- Members may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit content without prior written consent.
- Copyright in content submitted by Members (e.g., report text) belongs to the Member; the Operator uses it only to the extent necessary to operate the Service.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
- In case of a dispute, the Operator and Member will negotiate in good faith for an amicable resolution.
- If no agreement is reached, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act shall have jurisdiction for the first instance.
- Consumers may file suit in the court of their place of residence, and consumer protection rules under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Content Industry Promotion Act shall prevail.
- EEA/UK residents are not deprived of mandatory rights granted by the consumer protection law of their country.
Article 14 (Operator Information)
