Deleting your account permanently erases all data and cannot be undone.
Your coins, unlocked content (photos/videos), purchase history, and game progress will all be lost. Coin balances are not refundable, so please decide carefully.
Open Romance Puzzle: Number Link and sign in to your account.
Tap the Settings (⚙️) tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the account section.
Review the confirmation message and tap "Delete Account". Your account and all data are deleted immediately.
If you cannot delete from within the app, you may submit a request by email.
Requests are processed within 3 business days of confirmation.
All of the following data is permanently deleted upon account deletion:

Yes. However, previous data (coins, unlocked content, etc.) cannot be recovered and you will start fresh as a new member.
No. Coins spent on unlocking content and used coins are non-refundable.
In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 3 business days.
